I created this company to spread awareness for people who struggle with mental health and invisible/ chronic illnesses.

I personally struggle with my mental health daily and am diagnosed with CFS, POTS, and IBS.

Unfortunately these issues have debilitated my daily life, because of that I wanted

to do something to help people feel less alone in their struggles and have a way to express themselves.

Know that you are never alone and there are so many people who understand you and your daily struggles.

You are loved. You are valid. You are worthy.

All designs are personally created by me. If you have alterations of desired thread colors, please don't hesitate reach out to me via IG.

I will do my best to accommodate if possible via supplies or stock!
